Messages are built from the database of message elements: introduction, greeting, close, and ending. You do not have to totally record a message for each of your patients.

PAM2000 messages can be delivered in English, Spanish or French. The system messages can be recorded in all languages. The patient can have the option of choosing: 1 for the primary language or 2 for the secondary language. Once the patient chooses, this information is saved, so the next time the patient is called the message will be delivered using that selection.

PAM2000 is user configurable for time of day to start and stop calling patients. It will continue to try to reach patients as long as you wish.

PAM2000 detects the difference between a busy signal, no answer, a disconnected number, or an answering machine.
Patients may respond to your message by having the message repeated.
